MUSIC VIDEO: Check out Groove Session laying down another one of their good time jams for EMGtv. This original is titled "Hold It Together" performed using EMG DG20 single coil pickups and EMG JV Jazz Bass pick ups, live in their studio with top level music equipment of all sorts.

This band is radically excellent. I am taking a night break from my recording studio project as this show was on my calendar for over two months . Groove Session is an amazing trio on the rise. They are recognized for unique song writing and powerful live performance. Groove Session is a true throwback and good old fashioned rock band uniting fans with a funk They flare and ignite a positive message. Mind, body, and sound. They bring a multi-genre blend of rock n' roll that they call "movin' groovin' music." Ventura experiences a renaissance, a rebirth, an encompassed innovative new sound in the jammin' shows. Touring and playing over 1,333 dates while opening for and playing with many of today's greatest bands and musicians, there is something very special happening when Groove Session performs. These guys love it all and you never know what you will get, but rest assured it's going to be dynamic and musical. "Top Best Bands List" is a selective guide toward the best performance bands in our community. Live random unscheduled auditions are the determination process for the list. Criteria includes selection of songs within their genre, audio quality, ratio of vocals & instrumentation, professionalism of musicianship, lighting, connection, communication, and engagement with the audience, originality of music content, quality of original songs, and especially taking ownership (so to speak) of any cover songs performed. Also in the determination is the quality of any CD recording offered at any show, and the PR efforts by the band on Facebook, web site, and other social media.

CONCERT ART SHOWS: We are non-profit organization 501 (c) (3). Every show is our worthy cause that benefits the artists and helps the kids! Audiences relax and enjoy our performances. Our web site raises funds for art student needy kid scholarships. The performances feature emerging artists to introduce gifted entertainment to the entire community. The demographic of fans extends to concert-goers from Los Angeles to Santa Barbara counties. Our  main base of fans, friends, and family is primarily from greater Ventura County.
