Susan Colla is our featured graphite artist in our On Line Gallery. She appeared live in our Jodi Farrell Show & Fundraiser... and Jim Messina Concert Art Show. These paintings are captured candid photographic masterpieces to be enjoyed in your most creative environment. Her paintings are outstanding treasures of artistic wildlife. Artist Biography: Susan Colla

Susan is a self taught artist, her current focus is on rendering life like images of wild art, mainly elephants, with graphite pencil. Although she likes to draw any interesting photo that "speaks" to her of any wild life or subject she especially loves drawing elephants. Working from photos that show minute details enable her to reproduce it in her detailed photo realistic form. (note: All photos used have been licensed by the original photographer for reproduction and sale by Susan.) We are honored to add her art to our Concert Art Shows and our silent auction. History Of The Artist:  a life long resident of Ventura. She has been a local voice teacher and singer for the last 30 years. She is married and the mother of two (grandmother of two). She very recently became active again in her art career after a 20 year hiatus.

The Concert Art Shows are produced by Saint Pierre & based in Downtown Ventura in the Cultural Arts District. Established in 2009, our mission is the convergence of the visual arts & the performing arts together. The shows started touring on the road throughout Southern California in 2012.
