THE SKULLS AND ROSES FESTIVAL: Ventura, California, USA- Thanks to Chris Mitrovich, Executive Producer of this new festival music event that happened on Friday, Saturday, & Sunday; April 7-9, 2017 by Deluxe Presents. The entire weekend honored "The Grateful Dead" with 46 performing bands in an atmosphere of relaxation. The festival provided camping on site in RVs and tents.
