Succulents With Style

MY BIOGRAPHY: As a military brat, I moved from base to base around the world, not planting my feet in soil too long until I found Ventura. Enchanted from the moment I could see Anacapa Island from the 33 and heard “Ventura Highway” by America on the radio. I’ve been here ever since.

I’ve always had an eye for style and a growing collection of Mid Century pottery. One day I had a few cuttings from a neighbor’s garden and thought they’d look nice in a piece of chartreuse California Pottery. A passion was realized.
Early last year, I had the honor of transforming the water fountain at the Olivas Adobe into a lovely succulent garden that still has a rock that bears the name “Succulents With Style” sitting at attention in the center of it all.
Classes are available for 1 to 6 people for holiday gifts and décor as well as basic “How – To” classes for the newly interested and beginners. Arrangements, gifts and style are available Tues. thru Sun. 2 – 5 PM. Come by or make an appointment. 805.479.2684.
